Excellent service, outstanding food! Grossmont food court. Got the burger, fish, and fries. The food was delicious, prepared when you order so comes it hot and delicious! I will definitely be back. Great food at a great price!

1st I was impressed by how accommodating the woman taking my order was. She assured me 1 meal of fish and chips was generous enough for two young ones to share. Coffee milks shakes are rare to find at food places and I was elated to order and enjoy mine. Next time I’ll ask for a double shot of coffee. Next time I’ll be going to Janna’s Burgers at ParkWay Plaza that is opening in two weeks. Turns put the cheerful woman who took my order was Janna the owner!!! She works hard & loves what feeding people delicious food!

Great service and amazing fries! Most of the menu items come with a drink and fries, which combined with the decent price makes it a good place to go. I got a 1/4 lb burger and it's really good! And, again, the fries are amazing. I will definitely go again!

me and my husband found this place about 6 to 7 years ago I believe roughly the owner is a wonderful woman and is so kind. She basically runs the place all by herself. She makes the absolute best burgers me and my husband have ever found in a little mom in pop shop. Decently priced as well. I highly recommend this place if you’re just looking for a quick bite to eat when you’re at the Grossmont mall as the owner had said business was a little slow lately so please go support our local businesses. You won’t be disappointed. Their food is delicious. My favorite is the mushroom Swiss burger! My husband‘s favorite is the California avocado burger highly recommend 10 out of 10 and their fries are also crispy and delicious.

We have never been to a BFF Burger but they did not disappoint! Our server was super friendly, informative and took our orders quickly. The food arrived hot and fresh. We had the fish and chips and quite honestly we could have split them!

I went to the new, Parkway Plaza location. Great Americana food in a sea of Italian, Mexican and asian places. Corrected this review to All-Stars and added photos. I would recommend this place.

Way better than expected. As a mall food court location you're not really expecting quality. Usually you get fast, and cheap. But flavor and freshness is usually lacking g from food courts. This location, the service was exceptional right from the walk up. The order took a bit longer than fast food but not unreasonable. The cost: actually a tad cheaper than you expect from a food court. I would recommend this location for anyone dining in a budget at this mall. The food: food was all freshly made with real fish in the fish pieces and realy white meat chicken in the chicken nuggets. Both were well seasoned and flavorful. This is the place for a good meal at a good price while shopping at this mall. I would actually come here just for the fish even with out visiting the mall.

All i got to say is get double cheeseburger Fish n chips with fries and you wont feel disappointed. Best food in food court here in grossmont mall, best burger here ive tasted delicious, presentation is very nice and splendid as well, appetizing to the eye.
